Job Summary
Technical Artist (8년 이상) at Bluehole Studio / Krafton is responsible for implementing and optimizing game tech across the art pipeline and tooling, advancing features, AI/automation systems, engine and system functionality, and development-efficiency tools. The role emphasizes AAA PC/Console development, shader development, rendering pipeline understanding in Unreal, and hands-on work with real-time character animation (rigging & skinning), texture/model creation, and pipeline improvements. Candidates should bring Unreal automation tool development experience, performance profiling skills, and strong collaboration to push cross-platform shooter development (PUBG IP) forward, with readiness for overseas travel and a senior-level scope in engine, art tech, and tooling. Must have extensive experience in engine/client/graphics domains, shader work, and real-time optimization, plus proficiency in MaxScript, Python, HLSL, C++, Substance, Houdini, 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, and related tools.
