Job Summary
Blue Yonder Technical Application Analyst at BJ’s Wholesale Club. Lead and participate in design, development, and enhancement of applications and software platforms, providing technical vision, guiding small-to-medium cross-functional teams through project lifecycles, and coaching other staff. Serve as liaison with management and business users, mentor teammates, and ensure compliance with industry standards (SDLC, SOX, PCI, PII). Responsible for documenting configuration changes in Supply Chain Planning solutions (including fulfillment, order optimization, replenishment, allocation), providing day-to-day support, and driving initiatives. Hybrid role with in-office days Tuesday–Thursday at the Marlborough, MA center and remote days Monday and Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain management, Finance, and Business Management
- Direct experience supporting a Supply Chain Planning package (preferably Blue Yonder Luminate Demand Edge)
- Strong SQL Skills and Crystal Reports, Cognos BI experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with EDI/XML/Flat File integrations and transport methods (EDI VAN, AS2, FTP)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; Spanish preferred
