Job Summary

Blue Light Inspector / Manufacturing Support Technician in aerospace manufacturing. Hands-on role focused on precision inspection and metrology using ZEISS ATOS 3D Blue Light Scanning and Hexagon CMM systems. Responsibilities include loading/unloading CNC-machined components, supporting production flow, performing visual inspection for defects, using calipers, micrometers, and precision gauges, preparing parts for inspection (cleaning, deburring, fixturing), assisting with ZEISS ATOS 3D scanning, supporting Hexagon CMM inspection processes, maintaining 5S workplace organization and safety standards, and following detailed work instructions.

Required Qualifications

  • Manufacturing, machining, production, or warehouse experience required
  • Basic understanding of measurement tools or willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures
  • Comfortable with hands-on work and standing for full shifts
  • Note: This role is not entry-level. Prior manufacturing or shop experience is required.
