Job Summary
Instructors at the Emergency Medicine Training Center deliver High-quality Advanced Life Support education and training, ensuring adherence to program objectives and structured instructional plans. Responsibilities include providing high-fidelity simulations, maintaining training equipment, managing accreditation and recordkeeping, and communicating with instructors regarding course quality. Candidates require a minimum of 2 years of college coursework in relevant fields, BLS Provider credentials, and clinical experience. Preference is given to those with National Association of EMS Educators Level 2 certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider (NREMT) credentials
- A minimum of 2 years of college coursework in Education, Healthcare, Nursing, EMS Management, or a related field
- A minimum of two (2) years of field or clinical experience as a healthcare provider or pre-hospital provider
Desired Qualifications
- Current and valid National Association of EMS Educators Level 2 certification
