Job Summary
Extrusion blow molding setup mechanic/maintenance tech on 1st or 2nd shift in Miami, on-site. Set up extrusion blow molding machines (Uniloy / Bekum) - will consider a strong operator. Perform mold changes, startups, and die head adjustments. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic PLC-related issues. Adjust parison programming, temperatures, and cycle times. Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Support overall production efficiency and product quality. A deep blow molding background is required and the role is hands-on on the production floor.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Uniloy or Bekum extrusion blow molding experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with mold setup and changeovers
- Ability to work independently in a production environment
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
