Job Summary
Operate and maintain blow molding machines to produce high-quality products for the Auto/Car Care/Prestone division. Perform mechanical troubleshooting, adjust machine settings, set up molds, and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency. Complete required paperwork for accurate production records and inspect finished products for quality control. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while standing for the majority of the shift in an indoor industrial setting. This role is located at our Alsip, Illinois facility and requires two years of experience in manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a manufacturing facility operating blow molding machines or equivalent
- Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to go up and down stairs frequently
- Must have the ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift
- Must know how to use a variety of hand tools and precision measurement tools
