Job Summary
Blow Mold Operator on 2nd Shift (4:00 pm–2:30 am, Mon-Thu with variable Fridays/weekends) operating and troubleshooting blow-molding equipment to safely produce high-quality containers. Responsibilities include starting up equipment from cold conditions, performing bottle size changeovers, conducting routine quality checks, interpreting PLC programming to optimize performance, maintaining production and quality records, coordinating with production/maintenance teams, and upholding safety and housekeeping standards. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year experience with blow molding or injection molding in manufacturing, ability to read/write/communicate in English, basic mechanical aptitude, and willingness to overtime as needed. Familiarity with Uniloy machines is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating blow molding or injection molding equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Experience with Uniloy machines preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or shift changes as business needs require
