Job Summary
Create a welcoming environment by responding quickly to customer inquiries and observing staff interactions to improve the customer experience. Lead the team through active supervision, enforce safety policies, and provide direction, support, and ongoing feedback on performance. Conduct new employee orientations, train associates, and assist with hiring to fill open positions. Manage merchandising, sales promotions, and inventory while planning schedules to maximize sales and meet payroll expectations. Perform all duties of a store associate as needed. Full-time role requiring evenings, weekends, and holidays; salary $19.00-$24.00.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- 1-2 years retail management experience
- Demonstrates supervisory and training/coaching skills
- Full-time employment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as scheduled
- Consistent and regular attendance
