Job Summary
Provide an exceptional, customer-focused credit support experience by handling credit-related inquiries via phone, chat, or email; conduct thorough account investigations (credit reports, billing discrepancies, payments, balances); document and update case details; apply empowered decision-making to address customer accommodations, including price adjustments and gift cards; promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers while maintaining warmth, empathy, and clear communication across channels.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the credit services industry or luxury selling preferred.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends.
