Bloomfield Bakery Clerk

Job Summary
Greet customers, slice and package bakery goods, and react to demands while maintaining efficient production of all bakery products. Load and unload ovens using proper temperatures, prepare scratch baking mixtures, and assist with finishing cakes and pastries. Rotate ingredients according to first-in, first-out policies, build department displays, and manage inventory control by receiving, checking quality, and counting merchandise. Maintain daily shrink logs, perform price checks, and ensure sanitation standards meet health regulations. Provide light supervision and training to associates when assigned. This role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and follow department procedures.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Previous Baking experience preferred but not required.
- Friendly
