Job Summary
Senior Technical Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with banks, third parties and industry groups to ensure high quality, accurate and consistent corporate bond data. You will develop automated pipelines for ingestion and publication of data, collaborate with Engineering on API offerings, mentor team members, and contribute to the data product strategy while driving client engagement and ensuring market-leading coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of fixed income market experience in either buy-side or sell-side role with a strong understanding of primary market data processes
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly to modify and improve processes and workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical processes and solutions to business partners and management
- High attention to detail and degree of shown decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a multi-functional team environment
- Proven ability to influence others and lead change
