Job Summary
Senior Event Manager role based in Singapore within Bloomberg Marketing's Global Events Team, responsible for developing, planning, executing and measuring multi-faceted event programs (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) across APAC, coordinating with marketing and sales, managing invites, event production, AV requirements, speaker management, show calling, logistics, and post-event administration. Leads domestic and international projects with multiple stakeholders, exercises independent decision-making, and demonstrates strong project management and communication skills while delivering integrated event experiences across digital and social platforms. Requires extensive experience in in-house corporate environments, ability to present to all levels of management, and the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of event management experience in an inhouse/corporate global environment
- Multi market event experience across in person, hybrid and virtual events
- Experience managing end-to-end event programs including stakeholder management, budget oversight, vendor management and post-event performance measurement
- Tech savvy with latest technology & competitive trends
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, regions and with vendors
- Language skills (Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional APAC language a plus)
