Job Summary
Facilitate 45-minute live learning experiences for hundreds of employees by transforming provided content into engaging, high-energy sessions that blend coaching, storytelling, and practical leadership development. Conduct real-time audience interactions, interview senior leaders, and adapt naturally to live questions while maintaining a conversational, human tone. Complete a paid onboarding and training programme before delivering client sessions. Earn £125 per session inclusive of preparation and delivery. As a founding facilitator, you will help shape this new product and reach thousands of people with meaningful learning experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum ICF ACC (or equivalent coaching qualification)
- Leadership or management experience from your professional career
- Experience facilitating workshops, webinars or large-group learning experiences
- Excellent communication and audience engagement skills
- Confidence using virtual platforms and digital technology
