Blood Fractionation Operator

Conduces production processes and facilities in the designated production department, ensuring proper machine operation, setup and adjustments of process parameters, product identity and state checks, verification tests of process parameters, cleaning of process equipment and areas, assembly/disassembly of process equipment, and material handling with documentation traceability. Ensures compliance with SOPs, GMP and EHS standards, supports productive targets, and contributes to timely management of process anomalies and deviations. Requires GMP knowledge, ability to work in a team, and effective communication; includes willingness to work shifts and maintain production records.
