Job Summary
Phlebotomy training is provided and the role focuses on using healthcare and customer-service skills to assist with every step of the blood collection process at donation sites, including transporting and setting up equipment, creating a welcoming environment for volunteer donors, and ensuring safety procedures so collected blood can be transfused to hospitals. The position may require driving a Red Cross vehicle and involves a variable schedule with potential early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays plus occasional overnight travel. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required
- A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications
