Blood Collection Staff – Customer Service

Blood Collection Staff – Customer Service role responsible for assisting with the blood collection process at donation sites. You will transport and set up equipment, create a welcoming environment for volunteer donors, and follow safety procedures to ensure donated blood meets regulatory requirements and can be transfused. The position includes the potential to drive Red Cross vehicles, participate in setting up and tearing down equipment, and work a variable schedule. Paid phlebotomy training is provided to grow healthcare skills within the organization. Preferred candidates may have healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.).
