Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field (or equivalent per CLIA standards)
- National certification (or eligibility) via ASCP or equivalent
- Advanced or Master’s degree (preferred)
- 3–5 years of progressively responsible laboratory experience
- 2–3 years in a lead or supervisory role within a laboratory setting
