Job Summary
Design and develop Solidity smart contracts for reward distribution, airdrop claims, referral logic, and wallet eligibility verification. Implement secure mechanisms using Merkle proofs and signature-based validation while optimizing for gas efficiency and scalability. Integrate contracts with backend services and event-driven systems, collaborating on wallet flows and transaction logic. Conduct internal contract reviews, contribute to security best practices, and participate in architecture discussions for multi-chain infrastructure. This high-ownership role supports the project's infrastructure across Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Base.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Solidity development experience
- Strong experience with Hardhat
- Strong experience with Ethers.js
- Strong experience with OpenZeppelin
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Deep understanding of smart contract security
- Deep understanding of gas optimization
- Deep understanding of EVM internals
- Deep understanding of upgradeable contracts
- Experience deploying and maintaining contracts on EVM chains such as Ethereum
- Experience deploying and maintaining contracts on EVM chains such as Polygon
- Experience deploying and maintaining contracts on EVM chains such as Arbitrum
- Experience deploying and maintaining contracts on EVM chains such as Base
- Experience integrating smart contracts with backend/off-chain systems
- Familiarity with event indexing
- Familiarity with transaction lifecycle handling
- Familiarity with wallet authentication flows
- Strong Git and collaborative development workflow experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with account abstraction
- Experience with EIP-712 signatures
- Experience with relayers / gasless transactions
- Experience with staking or reward systems
- Previous work on airdrop infrastructure
- Previous work on high-volume transaction systems
- Previous work on Web3 analytics or campaign tooling
- Security audit experience
- Rust or Solana ecosystem familiarity
