Job Summary
Own and drive a central food ordering platform across locations, ensuring stability and evolution in line with business and market needs. Lead the platform team by setting direction, enabling delivery of operations and development, and establishing simple, standardized, scalable workflows. Translate business requirements into practical digital improvements, define and anchor an operating model across locations, own the system roadmap, establish KPIs for data-driven governance, and foster collaboration between business, IT and external partners. Located at our Danish HQ in Søborg with flexibility around work location and hours; upcoming relocation to Copenhagen NV in Q4 2026. Close collaboration with business, IT and external partners to deliver value through people, processes and technology.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with digital platforms and governance
- Experience with end-to-end food ordering processes
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Structured, proactive work style with focus on quality and results
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
