Job Summary
Lead blister packaging projects from planning through execution while developing engineering documentation, test plans, and validation activities. Partner with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment, optimize performance, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reliability. Coordinate multiple projects to meet timelines and quality standards while supporting regulatory compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment. This hands-on engineering role requires 3–5 years of experience with blister packaging equipment and a degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience working with blister packaging equipment (such as Uhlmann, Pharmworks, Blipack, or similar)
- Engineering degree or relevant technical experience
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and move throughout the facility during the workday
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and support production operations as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
