Job Summary
Responsible for verifying and accurately measuring raw ingredients, loading into industrial blending equipment, operating blending, packaging, and production machinery safely, and packaging finished products to meet specifications. Performs visual quality inspections, labels products, and ensures GMP/HACCP compliance and safety procedures. Maintains clean and organized work environment, supports daily production goals, and assists team members in a fast-paced food-manufacturing setting. Emphasizes attention to detail, basic math for weighing/measuring, English literacy, teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass 7 year background check
- Must pass Drug screening
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must wear PPE including gloves, masks, hearing protection, goggles as needed
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, batch sheets, and safety procedures
