Job Summary
Conduct daily blending operations on a 12-foot mezzanine by opening, pouring powder and liquid materials, and mixing chemical raw materials for precise durations. Execute equipment setup, change-over, washing, and cleaning cycles, then safely unload final mixtures into containers for further processing. Perform critical Lockout Tagout procedures, clear jammed machinery, and report malfunctions or out-of-spec materials to supervision. Collect samples for laboratory testing, read batch tickets, and log operational data in the CMMS while maintaining 5S cleanliness standards. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3:30pm at a rate of $17/hr. Wear full PPE including hard hat, eye protection, respiratory protection, gloves, and ear protection.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time, and work comfortably on a 12-foot-high mezzanine
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfort working in a warehouse environment following strict safety protocols and wearing full PPE
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
