Blending & Grinding Operator

Operate blending and grinding equipment to recycle scrap PVC pipe into quality material for extrusion. Responsibilities include maintaining the blend room and silos, keeping micro ingredient hoppers filled, setting batch scales, using correct formulas, weighing ingredients to specifications, reading and adjusting blend controls, performing minor maintenance for consistent quality, and ensuring safe operation and 5S cleanliness. Also responsible for moving and loading pipe with a forklift, inspecting for contaminants, and documenting material blends and inspections to meet manufacturing standards. Requires ability to recognize all ingredients visually and follow safety and quality procedures.
