Read blueprints and drawings to plan layout and procedures for dry fertilizer equipment. Determine welding methods, set up components using powered saws, and operate angle grinders to prepare parts. Align pieces with calipers and clamps before welding in vertical, horizontal, or overhead positions. Test and inspect welded surfaces to ensure quality and maintain equipment for safety. Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods. Requires proven welding experience and ability to interpret technical documents. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a welder
