Job Summary
Mixer/Blender role on a night shift (5:45pm–6:00am, Tue–Fri) in Cherry Hill, NJ. Responsible for reading batch cards, safely handling flammable/combustible materials, measuring product quantities to specifications, mixing ingredients per procedures, operating process equipment (blenders, mixers, screeners), monitoring equipment and production for safe/efficient operation, following SOPs and work instructions, completing batch paperwork, maintaining inventory through cycle counts and electronic/physical transactions, and collecting in-process samples for quality control testing. Requires experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or food production environment, English fluency, strong math skills for unit conversions, clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and willingness to work overtime. Required Qualifications
- Previous Mixing and Blending experience (minimum 6 months)
- Fluent with the English language
- Ability to understand and follow procedures/directions both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to be available to work overtime as needed
- Math skills – Ability to convert lbs., grams, kilos, ounces, liters, etc... utilizing basic math skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organized and high attention to detail
- Ability to operate basic hand tools
