Operate and monitor assigned machinery on the production line, verify safety guards and emergency stops, ensure pre-staged materials and labels match spec sheets, complete pre-op reports and logs, verify glue machine readings and capper settings, maintain a clean work area, communicate with other operators during shift changes, participate in training, uphold GMP and food safety policies, and report safety or quality issues to supervision.
