Job Summary
Blended Mental Health Therapist providing home-based and group therapy to at-risk youth (ages 9-18) in the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program. Maintains caseloads, delivers individual therapy, facilitates group sessions, and supports family counseling in collaboration with psychiatrists and treatment teams. Documentation and compliance duties include timely ISPs, progress notes, and audits. Requires a Masters-level clinician with licensure supervision and the ability to work a hybrid schedule (home-based documentation with optional office space). Emphasizes evidence-based practices (CBT and Trauma-Informed Care), professional development, and growth opportunities within a non-profit setting serving Pennsylvania communities. Candidates must be prepared for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and possess or pursue PA licensure along with necessary clearances.
Required Qualifications
- Related Masters degree required
- Current Act 33 & 34 Clearances and FBI Clearances for PA employment
- Current PA state driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- PA licensure preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or other PA licensure)
- Ability to work some flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Demonstrated experience in youth direct care services
