Job Summary
Shift Leader at Blaze Pizza will oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensure guest satisfaction and food safety, manage staff, maintain proper food portioning, and create a fun, energetic experience for guests and team. Requires supervisory/quick-service restaurant experience, strong management and communication skills, high standards, 18+ years old, valid driver’s license, ability to work nights and weekends, and a high school education or equivalent. Compensation includes competitive hourly wages with tips, bonuses, paid training, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications

- Valid Drivers License
