Job Summary
Operate bead blast blasting systems and vibratory finishing equipment to achieve specified surface finishes and prepare parts for customer requirements. Load, unload, and position parts while following setup sheets and work instructions to ensure accuracy. Inspect finished parts for quality and visual standards, obtaining first-piece approval before proceeding with production. Perform hand-finishing operations including deburring, polishing, sanding, filing, and chamfering. Maintain clean work areas and develop process knowledge to identify efficiency improvements. Follow all safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned. Work Monday through Thursday from 6am to 3:30pm and Friday from 6am to 10am.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience
- Medical blasting experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools
