Job Summary
Blast Associate Technical Lead to join AECOM’s Building Engineering Division in the UK. Lead blast analysis and protection engineering, oversee project delivery, engage with clients and sector leads, contribute to business development, perform CFD modelling and complex structural analyses, and author employer’s requirements and specifications. Role involves coordinating with security and structural teams, delivering blast protection provisions, managing workloads, and ensuring quality and technical assurance. Requires expertise in blast modelling (CFD) and 3D finite element modelling (AN SYS/AutoDyn or similar), knowledge of physical security solutions, and strong communication skills. Hybrid working model with a UK-based office location; security clearance may be held or obtained.

- Professional certifications such as RSES, CSyP, PSP, MSyl
