Blast Hole Drill Operator responsible for safely performing construction or quarry drilling per the job program; operate hydraulic equipment; understand drill patterns and communicate with the Blaster Foreman; maximize drill supplies; inventory components; submit drill reports and timecards; participate in safety and job-specific meetings; work unsupervised with safe practices; complete Driller I and II training; join a family-focused, employee-owned company with ESOP and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hydraulic equipment operating experience
- Valid Driver's License with own reliable transportation
- One year experience in the construction industry
- Experience as a construction laborer
- High level of common sense relative to equipment operation
- Mechanical aptitude around equipment, motors, hydraulic, electrical systems
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Background screening for ATF
- Able to lift 50-100 lbs
- Physical requirements: stooping/bending, uneven surfaces, weather conditions
