Job Summary
Detail-oriented Associate Accountant sought to support daily accounting functions and financial reporting for Blaine Brothers’ Minnesota operations. Responsibilities include daily cash journal entries, weekly payroll and monthly recurring journal entries, electronic payment processing and posting, month-end account reconciliations, preparation of monthly financial statements, filing tax reports (sales tax, federal excise tax, property taxes), and assisting with asset accounting and rebates. Ideal candidate has 1-3 years of accounting experience, strong attention to detail, good communication, and proficiency with accounting systems; capable of handling data entry, reconciliations, and general accounting processes while meeting deadlines. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm at the Friday, MN location. EEO/AA employer.
