Job Summary
Conduct incoming inspections, execute repair tasks, and perform final completion procedures on all blade types to ensure a quality product. Lead and assist other technicians in a positive team manner while maintaining high attention to detail for FAA regulations and customer specifications. Tear down, clean, inspect, repair, assemble, and close out components, creating technical reports and ensuring completed work complies with manufacturer manuals and QA gates. Proactively identify customer requirements, analyze root causes of issues, and foster team development through training and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong expertise on a minimum of 2 Airbus blade component models
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in aviation
- A&P or a Train the Trainer Certificate (can be substituted for 1 year)
- Experience with resolving technical issues, including those involving AH/AHD
- Ability to work in a team in diverse / multiple stakeholder environments
- Experience with management skills
- Recognized expert in blade repairs
- Ability to train and foster team members
- Less than 10% Domestic and International Travel
- Authorized to Work in the US
- Current work authorization

- Appropriate hearing/eye protection when visiting the shop floor

Desired Qualifications

- FAA Airframe Certificate or equivalent
