Job Summary
Blade Repair Deployment Leader will lead and support the development and deployment of new blade repair technologies and tooling for our global Wind Service OM&U Business. Responsibilities include leading global validations/beta periods, establishing validation teams and data collection, developing and delivering global training, coordinating deployment logistics and procurement, and driving continuous improvement (lean) efforts to meet CTQs while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. The role requires strong engineering background, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate with limited supervision across multiple sites internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Wind industry experience)
- Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time, including international travel
- Lean, Six Sigma certification or equivalent quality certification
