Job Summary
Vice President, Blackstone Private Wealth, leads and expands relationships with sophisticated institutional and high-net-worth clients in Latin America, guiding the delivery of Blackstone's investment capabilities and full product suite while coordinating cross-functional teams to support client onboarding and ongoing advisory relationships. The role emphasizes business development in LATAM, thought leadership, and market insights to strengthen partnerships with Multi-Family Offices, RIAs, private banks, broker/dealers, pension funds, and other financial institutions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, FINRA licenses, CFA designation, and multi-year experience in LATAM asset management and client coverage; proficiency with Bloomberg, Salesforce, Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, and macro-economic analysis; and the ability to manage complex due diligence and client relationships across a regional footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- FINRA Series 63 and 7 licenses required
- CFA charterholder/designation required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client coverage in the Latin American asset management industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Excel and VBA for client reports and portfolio information
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with PowerPoint for internal/external presentations with macro-economic insights
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Word for client DDQs and presentations
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce CRM to manage client pipelines
- Minimum of 1 year of experience overseeing complex investment due diligence processes
- Experience can be concurrent
- Proven ability to originate and develop strategic relationships in Latin America
