Job Summary
Represent Blackstone's private credit platform as a senior product expert, partnering with distribution teams to drive fundraising across wirehouses, private banks, and family offices. Produce investor-facing materials including market commentary, competitive analysis, and performance attribution while leading high-impact meetings with CIOs and investment committees. Develop differentiated commercial messaging and thought leadership around income-oriented investing and portfolio construction, translating complex investment concepts into actionable narratives for sophisticated wealth management audiences. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Investor Relations, and Legal to execute strategic product initiatives and maintain real-time insights into portfolio activity and deployment pipelines. Ensure all client interactions adhere to compliance standards while supporting strategic growth for perpetual and semi-liquid vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience across private markets, asset management, private credit, alternative investments, or investment distribution
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated success supporting fundraising, client engagement, or product growth initiatives within the wealth management channel
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events
- Deep understanding of private credit markets, alternative investment structures, and portfolio construction frameworks
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing sophisticated investors, advisors, and senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience synthesizing market intelligence, portfolio data, and competitive insights into actionable commercial recommendations
- Proven experience building relationships and collaborate effectively across investment teams, distribution, and corporate functions in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills and operating effectively in a highly growth-oriented business
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required, or willingness to obtain within one year of employment
- Bachelor's degree required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting interval funds, perpetual capital vehicles, or private market solutions designed for wealth clients is strongly preferred
- CFA and/or CAIA designation preferred
- Advanced degree or professional designation is a plus
