Job Summary

This role as Senior Associate focuses on sustaining resources, targeting investments in energy transition sectors and traditional energy infrastructure. Responsibilities include conducting financial modeling and valuation analyses, leading due diligence, preparing Investment Committee memoranda, and evaluating investment terms. Applicants should possess experience in investment banking or private equity along with strong analytical and communication skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge of accounting and finance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and valuation analyses.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint for investment committee materials and presentations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy Industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in energy investment banking.
  • Experience closing greater than $30bn of U.S. public M&A transactions.
