Job Summary
Analyze and model credit opportunities across diverse product types, including private high-grade, asset-based lending, and securitizations. Prepare investment memoranda and presentations to evaluate financial strategies and business performance. Lead client and internal meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions while assisting in the onboarding and monitoring of investments. Facilitate the structuring and execution of funding deals and new strategic business development initiatives. Collaborate with senior leadership in Asia to design and execute growth strategies for the region.
Required Qualifications
- Strong academic track record
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong English communication skill
- Prior buy side, investment banking, securitisation or other relevant experience of 8+ years
- demonstrated acquisition and financing transaction experience
