Job Summary
Senior Associate Quantitative Researcher at BXCI develops and maintains systematic investment models and signals, performs data validation and portfolio/risk analysis, conducts market and performance research, assists with client reporting and performance attribution, builds dashboards and interactive tools for portfolio management, and collaborates with portfolio managers and client development teams to deliver product insights and analytics.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience working with systematic portfolios and portfolio analysis
- Experience with large data sets and sophisticated analysis
- Domain experience with credit and rates
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent programming experience with Python, SQL, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
- Experience developing signals and systematic portfolios
- Attention to risk management and compliance
