Job Summary
Check guests in and out, settle balances, and handle cash, credit card, and lift ticket sales transactions daily. Provide directions, information, and instructions while making reservations for restaurants, transportation, childcare, and activities. Recruit, manage, train, motivate, and evaluate front desk staff; assist with bellstaff, concierge, and ski valet duties. Solve guest, owner, and employee problems with urgency and empathy. Oversee guest-facing operations including food and beverage service and owner transportation. Set up and tear down breakfast and après ski. Work with the front office manager to develop processes, create schedules, and complete timecards. Ensure special guest requests are met three days prior to arrival.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including overnight shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Staff leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience preferred
