Job Summary
BizOps Manager responsible for scaling SalesJack across customer setup, revenue, product operations, and internal processes. You’ll work directly with founders to onboard customers, optimize CRM workflows, build dashboards, surface customer feedback to product, and leverage AI to improve internal workflows and data analysis. Key tasks include configuring customers for success, managing revenue operations, surfacing workflow gaps, developing lightweight playbooks and documentation, and driving data-driven improvements in fast-paced, early-stage, cross-functional settings. Must be analytical, organized, and able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences; experience with SQL, CRMs, dashboards, and business metrics is preferred. Nice-to-haves include experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS company and familiarity with construction, building materials, distribution, or industrial supply industries.
