Job Summary
Design, validate, and manage homologation for BEV C/B cars and pickups, conducting root cause diagnosis on design-related issues and providing technical direction to engineers. Deliver leadership on high-priority projects with tight constraints by tracking issues, collaborating on resolutions, and managing lessons learned from tests. Create high-quality weekly and cross-functional meeting reports while optimizing structure performance across diverse teams.
Required Qualifications
- Related Degree in Engineering field
- English language: Fluent
- Quality tools like Six Sigma DMAIC, DFMEA, DFA, GD&T etc.
- Experience of 15 years in automotive Body in White and Door Closures including Sheet metal panels design, mature markets homologation requirements, closures mechanisms, door trim panels development, metal and resins material specification, welding processes, tooling development timing, manufacturing jigs and fixtures
- Exposure to BEV Vehicle requirements and testing
- The ability to learn quickly, accept challenges and be able to adapt to the company's rapid development rhythm and culture
- High level of coordination, communication and team leading skills
- High analytical and conceptual skills
- High level of management skills
- Experience / knowledge on Team Center, CATIA, CAE analyses for Durability, Safety, NVH
- Good communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new situations quickly and constraints
