Conduct daily diagnostic imaging coverage at OKQ8 Nacka, managing customer service, upselling at the register, and coaching colleagues. Lead the station's daily operations when the sales manager is absent, ensuring high-quality service and sales targets are met. Support the sales manager with staff motivation, coaching, and financial oversight, while maintaining station cleanliness and readiness. Work in shifts covering weekdays from 06:00 to 22:00 and weekends from 08:00 to 22:00, with a full-time schedule of 38.25 hours per week.
