Job Summary
Deliver welcoming, inclusive, and attentive customer service while accurately operating the POS system for order entry, cash handling, and payment processing. Prepare non-espresso beverages and food items according to company recipes and maintain cafe cleanliness and food safety standards. Actively participate in training, coaching, and feedback to build foundational skills for full barista certification. This role supports daily cafe operations at one of Joe Coffee's 24 locations across New York, offering a path to certified specialty barista status with hands-on learning and mentorship opportunities.
