Deliver welcoming, inclusive, and attentive customer service while accurately operating the POS system for order entry, cash handling, and payment processing. Prepare non-espresso beverages and food items according to company recipes and quality standards, including drip coffee, cold brew, tea, and seasonal drinks. Maintain cafe cleanliness, organization, and food safety by following established cleaning and sanitation standards. Actively participate in training, coaching, and feedback to build foundational skills and prepare for full barista certification. Compensation is $17 per hour plus tips, with benefits available after six months of employment averaging 30 hours per week. Prior coffee shop experience and guest service skills are desirable.
