Job Summary
Bistro Waitstaff position for seasonal period (roughly Oct 2026–Apr 2027) involving front-counter cash handling, balancing the register, taking and delivering orders, serving draft beer and limited cocktails, and delivering EPIC customer service. Must be able to adjust to a changing weekly schedule and work under Bistro Managers. Emphasis on basic math, money handling, reading simple text, and teamwork in a hospitality setting. Requires ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and maintain composure in a fast-paced resort environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using standard units of money, weight, volume, and distance
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
