Provide guest service as a Guest Service Expert in a bistro setting, including setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, maintaining work areas, reading and verifying menu information, and handling transactions. Maintain safety standards, professional appearance, and compliant with policies while supporting a memorable dining experience for guests. Demonstrates physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds (50 pounds with assistance) and being on feet for extended periods, with attention to cleanliness and proper menu handling.
