Job Summary
Bistro Server at The Courtyard Buffalo Airport: greet guests, take and ring orders in the POS, process payments, and prepare food, coffee, and beverages to brand standards (including alcohol). Set up bar, prepare drink orders, follow alcohol-service laws, complete closing duties, and maintain bar/cooler cleanliness. Provide support in Food & Beverage areas (bussing, cleaning, dishwashing, resetting tables, delivering food) and ensure lobby-area cleanliness. Knowledge of the full menu is required; familiarity with computer systems (intranet, POS-related tasks, WORD/EXCEL) is strongly preferred. Must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
