Bistro & Function Supervisors

Supervisors needed for a bustling club with Bistro, Function facilities, and multiple service outlets. Responsibilities include greeting guests and team members, supervising staff to meet service standards, addressing customer feedback and escalating issues as needed, ensuring accurate setup of function rooms, supervising functions, liaising with clients, supporting Duty and department managers to maintain smooth daily operations and roster coverage, and ensuring compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act and related Food Handling, RSA, RCG, ARCG and Gaming Regulations. The role provides pathways to develop gaming and reception skills in the future. Candidates should have strong food and beverage expertise, coaching and leadership abilities for a fast-paced environment, and availability across 7 days including public holidays. RSA/RCG qualifications for NSW and First Aid/CPR certifications are preferred, along with a hands-on approach and professional presentation. Two positions are available: one full-time and one casual, with uniforms provided and various staff perks.
