Job Summary
Oversee daily front-of-house dining operations at Wesley Willows in Rockford, IL, managing FOH staffing (scheduling, training, evaluations, employee relations) in coordination with HR and leadership. Plan and execute special events with culinary and operations teams, develop menus with BOH, and manage labor budgets, payroll, inventory, and vendor relationships. Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance through audits and documentation. Collaborate with BOH and Executive Chef for quality assurance, event planning, and service coordination. Drive resident satisfaction and meet budget, revenue, and KPI goals. Requirements include ServSafe Food Manager certification, 2 years of elevated dining and service methods, valid driver's license with clean MVR, leadership and customer-service skills, event planning, budgeting, and inventory management, plus proficiency with Microsoft Teams and POS systems; Basset certification is preferred. Required Qualifications
